Carrots, really?

Carrots are very slow to germinate as anyone that has grown carrots can tell you. Paul likes to plant carrots as soon as he can after the first of the year. These nine 200 foot rows were planted in February and won’t be big enough to harvest until May. The big carrots we are bringing to market now, will sell out before these are ready to pick.
